Reservation & Payment

  • All reservations must be made via the bb-bounce.com website, phone (208-391-3338‬), or email ([email protected]).
  • Payment is due upon completing reservation request, reservation is not complete until payment has been made in full.
  • We accept; VISA, Master Card, AMEX and Discover. Cash App Pay and Klarna are also accepted.

Rental Agreement

  • The renter agree to take full responsibility for the inflatable, including; damage, safety and supervision of all individuals utilizing the inflatable equipment.
  • The renter is responsible for ensuring the set up location is free of debris, sharp objects, and any hazards that could damage the equipment or cause injury.
  • The inflatable will be delivered, set up, and taken down by BB BOUNCE employees or authorized agents.

Delivery & Setup

  • BB BOUNCE will arrive approximately 45-60 mins prior to the reservation time to begin set up of the rented inflatable(s).
  • Renters must ensure the setup location is accessible and clear of obstacles.
  • The renter will be required to provide adequate space, as per our instructions, to safely operate the inflatable.

Safety Guidelines

  • Only the number of users (or maximum weight capacity) thats recommended, for each inflatable, may use the equipment at one time. Please adhere to the BB BOUNCE staff instructions and refer to the specific bounce house for this information.
  • Adults are not permitted in inflatable units, unless specified.
  • The renter agrees to supervise the equipment at all times to ensure safe and proper usage.
  • The following are not allowed in the inflatables at any time: shoes, food, drinks, jewelry, sharp objects, face paint.
  • No rough play, flips, bouncing off sides or dangerous activities should occur while utilizing the inflatable.

Weather Policy & Refunds

  • At BB BOUNCE, we always aim to deliver an excellent experience, rain or shine! However, please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or issues related to weather conditions.
  • In the event of inclement weather (including, but not limited to, rain, high winds, or thunderstorms), our team is happy to reschedule your reservation for another available date within the same calendar year.
  • For everyone’s safety, please understand that certain weather conditions may prevent us from safely setting up or operating the inflatables. BB BOUNCE reserves the right to determine whether conditions are safe for operation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free rescheduling within the same calendar year - if canceled due to weather or other reasonable circumstances (with acceptable & advance notice).

Damages & Liability

  • Renter agrees to be financially responsible for any damages to the inflatable or other rental equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or abuse during the rental period.
  • The renter assumes all liability for injury or damage(s) that may occur while the inflatable is in the renters care, custody and control.
  • BB BOUNCE is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the set up, use or operation of the inflatable.

Indemnity

  • The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BB BOUNCE, its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of the rental and use of the inflatable.

Safety & Compliance

  • The renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the inflatable.
  • All inflatable units are inspected for safety and are maintained in good working order.
  • BB BOUNCE reserves the right to refuse service if the inflatable setup location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for operation.

Photographs & Media

  • BB BOUNCE may take photographs or videos of the rental (event) for promotional purposes. By renting from BB BOUNCE, the renter grants permission for such use of their event's photos/videos. If photographs & media are not authorized please inform BB BOUNCE upon making a reservation.

Miscellaneous

  • These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Please reference & review this published page periodically for the latest version of the BB BOUNCE terms and conditions.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where BB BOUNCE is located.

Additionally, its suggested that all potential renters review our complete Rental Agreement and Liability Release Form. A signed Rental Agreement and Liability Release Form will be signed upon BB Bounce's arrival for set up on the date of your event. If BB Bounce staff are unable to obtain a signature from the legally liable renter - the inflatable will not be set up until a signature is obtained.
